Faron Brinkley

Founder & CEO, Resilience LLC

Faron Brinkley is a Washington, DC-based entrepreneur, author, current District of Columbia resource parent pursuing adoption, and workforce advocate. He founded Resilience LLC to deliver reliable contact center, help-desk, administrative, and BPO solutions while creating pathways to remote employment for people too often overlooked by traditional workplaces.

Leadership With Purpose

Faron's leadership is grounded in lived experience, operational discipline, and service. After navigating foster care and building a career across customer service, hospitality, workforce programs, and case management, he created Resilience LLC around three values: resilience, reliability, and respect.

His goal is clear: help government agencies, prime contractors, and growing organizations deliver stronger service through trained, supported teams and measurable performance.

Faron also founded Road To Resilience Inc. in 2018 and is the author of Road To Resilience: The Suitcase Child and Trauma: Surviving the Teenage Years.
